Bob was excited to start his new job as a mailman. On his first day on the job, he was given a bag full of mail to deliver and a map of the neighborhood.
As Bob made his way through the neighborhood, he quickly realized that he had no idea where he was going. He kept getting lost and delivering the mail to the wrong houses.
After a few hours of struggling to find his way, Bob finally came across a house that looked familiar. He confidently walked up to the mailbox and dropped in the mail.
As he turned to leave, he heard a voice behind him say, "Hey, that's my mail!"
Bob turned around to see an old man standing on the porch, glaring at him. Bob stammered, "I'm sorry, sir. I'm new to the job and I got a little lost."
The old man chuckled and said, "Well, you must be the worst mailman ever. But hey, at least you're good for a laugh!"
Bob sheepishly handed the old man his mail back and continued on his route, realizing that being a mailman was harder than he had thought. But at least he could always count on bringing a smile to people's faces, even if it was by accident.
