A man wakes up one morning and hears that there's a circus in town. Excited, he heads over to check out the big top and all the excitement.
As he's walking around, he sees a sign that says, "The Amazing Human Cannonball – Watch as he flies through the air and lands safely in the net!" Intrigued, the man buys a ticket and waits eagerly for the show to start.
Finally, it's time for the Human Cannonball to perform. The man watches as the cannon is loaded and the performer climbs in. The countdown begins – 3…2…1…and BOOM! The cannon goes off and the Human Cannonball goes flying through the air. But instead of landing safely in the net, he crashes through a nearby tree, falls to the ground, and lies still.
The crowd gasps in horror as the circus workers rush over to the fallen performer. The man can't believe what he's just witnessed. As the workers carry the Human Cannonball off on a stretcher, the ringmaster announces, "Ladies and gentlemen, we apologize for the technical difficulties. The Human Cannonball will try again tomorrow."
Shocked and bewildered, the man turns to the person next to him and says, "I can't believe what I just saw! That was insane!" The person nods and replies, "Yeah, I guess you could say he really 'branch'ed out with that performance."
