The Horse Whisperer: A Tale of Humor and Tears

A man walks into a bar and sees a sign that says, "Free drinks for anyone who can make our horse laugh." The man thinks, "I have a great sense of humor, I can do this!" So he goes up to the bartender and asks to give it a try.

The bartender takes him outside to the corral where the horse is kept and the man whispers something in the horse's ear. The horse immediately starts laughing uncontrollably, rolling around on the ground and snorting with laughter. The bartender is amazed and gives the man his free drink.

A few weeks later, the man comes back to the bar and sees a new sign that says, "Free drinks for anyone who can make our horse cry." The man thinks, "Well, I made him laugh last time, I can definitely make him cry this time." So he goes up to the bartender and asks to give it a try.

The bartender takes him back outside to the corral and the man whispers something in the horse's ear. Suddenly, the horse starts crying hysterically, tears streaming down his face and heaving with sobs. The bartender is stunned and gives the man another free drink.

As the man is finishing his drink, the bartender asks, "I have to know, what did you say to the horse to make him laugh and cry like that?" The man smiles and says, "Well, to make him laugh, I told him my pay is higher than his. And to make him cry, I showed him my paycheck."
