A man walks into a bar with his pet giraffe and orders a beer for himself and a tall glass of water for his giraffe. As they are sitting and enjoying their drinks, the giraffe suddenly passes out on the floor.
The bartender rushes over and yells, "What the heck happened to your giraffe?"
The man looks up and says, "I think he just hit the bar too hard."
The bartender rolls his eyes and helps the man carry the giraffe out of the bar. As they are walking down the street, a police officer stops them and asks, "Hey, what's going on here?"
The man explains, "My giraffe had a little too much to drink and passed out in the bar."
The police officer looks puzzled and asks, "I've never seen a giraffe in a bar before. Where are you taking him?"
The man replies, "I'm taking him to the giraffe-eteria to sober up!"
