Three friends were lost in the middle of a desert with no food or water. As they were walking, they stumbled upon a magic lamp. Excitedly, they rubbed the lamp and a genie appeared.
The genie said, "I will grant each of you one wish."
The first friend, who was hungry, wished for a huge feast. Instantly, a table filled with all kinds of delicious food appeared in front of him. He started eating voraciously.
The second friend, who was thirsty, wished for a never-ending supply of water. Right away, a stream of cool, refreshing water started flowing from the lamp into his mouth.
The third friend, who was feeling mischievous, wished for his left arm to rotate clockwise forever. The genie granted his wish and his left arm began spinning around and around.
Amused, the first two friends looked at their friend in disbelief.
The third friend chuckled and said, "Well, now I can wave goodbye to my hunger and thirst as my arm goes round and round!"
