A man walks into a bar and orders a beer. As he's drinking, he hears a voice say, "Nice shirt!" Surprised, he looks around but doesn't see anyone who could have said it.
A few minutes later, the voice chirps up again, saying, "You have great taste in beer!" The man is really starting to get freaked out now, so he asks the bartender if he heard the voice too. The bartender just shrugs and says he didn't hear anything.
Feeling a little uneasy, the man finishes his beer and decides to leave. Just as he's getting up to go, the voice pipes up once more, saying, "You're a handsome fella!"
At this point, the man can't take it anymore. He turns to the bartender and demands to know where the voice is coming from. The bartender points to a bowl of peanuts on the counter and says, "It's the peanuts – they're complimentary!"
