A man walked into a bar and noticed a sign that read, "Free drinks for the person who can make my horse laugh." Intrigued, the man asked the bartender about the sign.
The bartender explained, "You see, my horse is really sad because he lost his best friend, a donkey, recently. So I put up this sign to try and cheer him up."
The man thought for a moment and said, "I think I can make your horse laugh. But first, I need to go outside and talk to him privately."
Curious, the bartender followed the man outside where he saw him whisper something into the horse's ear. Suddenly, the horse burst out laughing hysterically, rolling on the ground with joy.
The bartender was amazed and asked the man, "What did you say to make him laugh like that?"
The man replied, "I told him that I can run faster than him to the end of the street and back."
The bartender chuckled and said, "That's a good one! You definitely earned those free drinks."
As the man enjoyed his free drinks, the bartender couldn't help but laugh at the sight of his horse still laughing uncontrollably. From that day on, the horse was the happiest animal in the bar, all thanks to the man's clever joke.
