A man walks into a bar and sees a sign that says, "Free drinks for life if you can make the donkey laugh." Intrigued, he asks the bartender about it.
The bartender explains that they have a donkey in the back that can't stop crying, and they've been trying to cheer it up for weeks.
The man decides to give it a shot and walks into the back room where the donkey is sitting, looking sad. He whispers something in the donkey's ear, and suddenly the donkey starts laughing uncontrollably.
The man walks back out to the bar, and the bartender is amazed. He offers the man free drinks for life, but he's still curious about how he made the donkey laugh.
The man replies, "I just told him a joke about a talking chicken."
The bartender laughs and asks what the joke was.
The man says, "I can't tell you, it's too fowl."
