A blonde named Alice decided to try horseback riding, even though she had never done it before. She saddled up and the horse started moving, but within a few minutes, Alice started to slip and slide in the saddle.
Fearing she was going to fall off, she screamed for help. The horse just kept on going, and Alice was getting more and more panicky.
Finally, the man who rented her the horse came running out to the field. He yelled to her, "Hey, Alice, all you have to do is shout out 'Praise the Lord!' and the horse will stop!"
Desperate and willing to try anything, Alice cried, "Praise the Lord!" Sure enough, the horse came to a screeching halt.
With a huge sigh of relief, Alice looked around and said, "Whew, thank goodness. Praise the Lord!"
