A man goes to a bar and orders a drink. As he's sipping it, he notices a large jar filled with money on the counter. Curious, he asks the bartender about it.
The bartender explains, "That's our ongoing challenge for customers. If you can complete three tasks, you get to take all the money in the jar."
Intrigued, the man asks what the tasks are.
The bartender says, "First, you have to drink an entire bottle of hot sauce without stopping. Second, there's a pitbull out back with a sore tooth that you have to pull out. And finally, there's an old lady upstairs who's never had an orgasm that you need to satisfy."
The man thinks for a moment and decides to give it a shot. He chugs the bottle of hot sauce, tears streaming down his face but he manages to finish it. He then heads out back to the pitbull, where he hears growling and snarling. After a few minutes, the man emerges, covered in scratches and bites, but he proudly declares that he successfully pulled out the dog's sore tooth.
Finally, the man heads upstairs to the old lady's room. After a few minutes, the sounds of moans and screams echo throughout the bar. The man emerges, disheveled and exhausted, and says, "Okay, where's the old lady with the sore tooth?"
