There was a man who was constantly getting nagged by his wife to fix things around the house. One day, he decided to finally tackle the long list of repairs she had been hounding him about.
First, he fixed the leaky faucet in the kitchen. Then, he repaired the broken doorknob on the front door. Feeling accomplished, he proudly presented his wife with a list of all the things he had fixed.
But instead of being grateful, his wife looked at the list and said, "Honey, you forgot to fix the biggest problem of all."
Confused, the man asked, "What did I forget to fix?"
His wife replied, "Your inability to listen to me when I ask you to do something!"
