A man goes to the doctor with a carrot lodged in his ear.
The doctor says, "How on earth did this happen?"
The man replies, "Well doc, I was just minding my own business, eating my nightly snack of carrots, when all of a sudden I tripped and fell face-first into a pile of them."
The doctor shakes his head in disbelief and asks, "But how did one end up in your ear?"
The man sheepishly replies, "Well, it seems I must have forgotten to turn my head to the side when I fell. So instead of landing in my mouth, the carrot went straight into my ear!"
The doctor chuckles and says, "Well, I've heard of some strange accidents in my time, but this one definitely takes the cake. Let's get that carrot out of there before it starts sprouting roots!"
