The Testicular Conundrum

One day, a man goes to a doctor for a check-up. The doctor looks him over and says, "I'm sorry, but you have a very rare condition that causes your testicles to press against your spine and give you a tremendous amount of pain."

The man is shocked and asks, "Is there anything you can do to help me, doctor?"

The doctor thinks for a moment and says, "Well, there is one option. We can perform a surgery to remove your testicles, but it's a very delicate procedure and there is a risk that you may not survive."

The man is hesitant, but he decides to go through with the surgery. The doctor successfully removes his testicles and the man wakes up feeling relieved.

A few weeks later, the man returns to the doctor for a follow-up appointment. The doctor asks how he's feeling and the man replies, "I feel great, doctor! I haven't had any pain since the surgery and I'm so glad I went through with it."

The doctor smiles and says, "I'm glad to hear that. But I have to ask, how has this surgery affected your sex life?"

The man laughs and says, "Well, it's definitely different now. It's a bit like playing pool with a piece of rope."
