The Rise of the Dough-Comedian: A Loaf of Laughter

After years of struggling to make it as a stand-up comedian, Joe finally landed a spot on a late-night talk show. Nervous but determined to impress, he walked out on stage to thunderous applause.

As the cheers died down, the host asked Joe to tell his best joke. Joe took a deep breath and launched into his routine, but after a few punchlines, the audience was silent.

Feeling the pressure, Joe tried a different joke, but still, no one laughed. The host, sensing the awkwardness, whispered to Joe, "Maybe try a different joke?"

Frustrated, Joe blurted out the first thing that came to mind: "I used to be a baker, but I couldn't make enough dough."

To his surprise, the audience erupted in laughter. Joe couldn't believe it – after all his years of hard work, a simple dough pun was what finally made him a success.

As he walked off the stage, Joe realized that sometimes, you just have to roll with the punches. And maybe throw in a few bread jokes along the way.
