Three friends were stranded on a deserted island after a shipwreck. As they were exploring the island and trying to figure out a way to get rescued, they stumbled upon a genie lamp buried in the sand.
Excitedly, they rubbed the lamp and out popped a genie. The genie offered to grant each of them one wish.
The first friend wished to be rescued and taken back home. In an instant, a helicopter appeared and whisked him away to safety.
The second friend wished to be wealthy and successful. Suddenly, a briefcase filled with money and a business suit appeared before him.
Feeling pressure to make a quick decision, the third friend blurted out, "I wish my friends were back here with me!"
And just like that, the first two friends reappeared on the island, confused and angered at their friend's careless wish.
The third friend sheepishly admitted, "I guess I should have been more specific with my wish…"
Moral of the story: Be careful what you wish for, you might just end up back on a deserted island with your friends!
